Dental anxiety affects 1 in 4 adults. For many, it leads to years of avoidance and progressively worse oral health. Sedation eliminates this barrier — making dentistry comfortable, even pleasant.
We offer three levels: nitrous oxide (light relaxation), oral sedation (you'll be very relaxed but awake), and IV sedation (deep sedation, minimal memory). Our team includes a certified anaesthesia provider for safe IV sedation in-office.

Combine procedures (e.g., 4 fillings + a crown) into a single sedation visit — far less stressful.
Continuous vital-sign monitoring throughout. Our anaesthesia provider is certified and experienced.
Most patients have only fragmented memory of the procedure — and zero anxiety afterward.
We discuss your anxiety triggers, medical history, and which level of sedation fits best.
Fasting requirements, medication review, and arranging transportation home for oral/IV sedation.
Comfortable chair, warm blanket, soft music. Continuous monitoring. You'll feel calm or asleep depending on your sedation level.
30–60 minutes in our recovery area. A friend or family member drives you home — and you sleep off any residual effects comfortably.

Sedation isn't only for the highly anxious — it's also ideal for long procedures, complex work, or anyone with a strong gag reflex or trouble staying still.
Depends on the level. Nitrous: fully awake, just relaxed. Oral sedation: very relaxed, may doze. IV sedation: deep sleep-like state, minimal memory. None are full general anaesthesia (we don't intubate).
Yes, when administered by a certified team with proper monitoring. Our IV sedation is overseen by a certified anaesthesia provider. We follow ASA monitoring guidelines for every patient.
For oral and IV sedation, a friend or family member must drive you home. You'll be relaxed but ambulatory after recovery (30–60 min). Don't drive, work, or sign legal documents for 24 hours.
Nitrous: $80. Oral sedation: $250. IV sedation: $400–$800 depending on duration. Some insurance plans cover sedation for documented anxiety or complex cases.
Nitrous wears off in 5 minutes. Oral sedation effects fade over 4–6 hours. IV sedation: most patients feel normal within 24 hours, though many sleep for several hours that afternoon.
